RainbowRV is a Gay and Lesbian Recreational Camping Club. Our main objective is to promote RV camping fellowship and create lifelong friends. In the 27 years since our founding, the club has managed over 620 formal gatherings, coordinated through our website hub. We offer two distinct ways to camp together: Chapter Events and Member-meetup KampTrips.

Chapter Events. These are online, pay-to-attend registration events hosted by member volunteers. The club holds all contracts, and owners Tim and Greg manage the deposits, insurance, and documentation. With a track record of more than 600 organized gatherings—ranging from 10 to over 200 RVs with almost 400 people—the club has a proven record of safe and successful fellowship events. To become a volunteer host, call Greg at 951-830-5997 or Tim at 951-830-1519.
KampTrips. These much-loved events focus on members' individual travel plans. Any registered RainbowRV member can post an event by contacting Tim or Greg, who will help set up the online listing and promote participation. Your KampTrip post simply lists where members can gather and provides a contact for venue reservations. No money is collected via the website for KampTrips. These gatherings often attract between one and 15 RV units, ranging from resort-style parks to dry camping locations, like the 200 rigs that gather for two weeks in the Arizona desert. Activities at KampTrips are mostly impromptu and often involve a campfire, hiking, cocktails, or endless paper plates full of food.
