The 23rd Annual  West Coast Rally returns to Cava Robles RV Resort just one of the most Beautiful RV Resorts of the Sun Outdoors Properties. The RV Park is  CAVA ROBLES RV Resort and the address: 3800 Golden Hill Rd., Paso Robles California 93446.

Early arrival of 2:00pm is a 60/40 chance that your site is clear. The Office staff will not check early availability until you arrive with the request.  Please do not call them.   The resort staff work hard to move out 150 rental RV rigs necessary to make room for our club. Your patience is appreciated.

Things to bring

• Dog show costume
• $10 or less Bottle of  wine,if entering Cheap-O-Wine-O contest
• RV Decorations. lets gay it up and win awards
• Meal beverages. all gatherings are BYOB “Bring Your Own Beverage.”
• Folding chair. Picnic table seating at the gathering may be limited.
• Fun, fellowship, and a wetsuit.

Thurs 25th

• Visit the host site for name tags, grab bags and dinner tickets. 
• 6:00 p.m.  Meet and greet at RV Resort Pailion. A finger food potluck gathering and chance to walk, talk, meet, and greet. no table saving this is a walk and mingle event.  Plenty of food for everyone. take your time and enjoy. As always, Bring your own Beverage BYOB.

Friday 26th

• 7:30 a.m. Coffee and Bagels at Pavilion
• 10:30 a.m- 12:00 p.m.:   : Beach Party BINGO at RV Resort Pavilion; Win a chance to win 7 beautifully wrapped BINGO Prizes.
• 2:00-3:30 p.m. Cheap-O-Wine-O Contest at RV Resort Pavilion.  Bring a  Bottle of Wine that cost $10.00 or less.  Complete for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Place.     Red, White and Desert Wine categories.   Your chance to be ‘Rainbow Cork Master 2025’
• 6:00 p.m. Potluck Affair Sit down; bring a favorite entre' for everyone to share at RV Resort Pavilion

Saturday September 27th

• 7:30 a.m. freshly brewed Coffee and Bagels at RV Resort Pavilion to start your day
• 9:00 a.m.   Registration for the Doggie Drag Show (Forms will be provided) We need your Dog to make it happen.
• 11:00 a.m. The Doggie Drag Show commences: . Witness Rainbow RV Shows Emcee Tim & our own Vanna White (Victoria) as they “UN-LEACH” the talent to walk the Red Carpet Runway; be sure not to miss it. 

• 6:00 p.m. Potluck Dinner Gathering. Please Bring a entre' or dessert for everyone to share
